Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Thebigspring, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This policy explains when cancellations or order changes are possible, how requests are handled, and what to expect throughout the process.

  • Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations or changes generally cannot be guaranteed.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled or modified.

Order Cancellation

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it enters processing.

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet:

  • Entered warehouse processing
  • Been packed for shipment
  • Been transferred to a shipping carrier
  • Been marked as shipped

If your cancellation request is approved, your order will be canceled and any payment received will be refunded.

Order Changes

If your order has not yet entered processing, you may request changes such as:

  • Shipping address correction
  • Billing information correction
  • Size change (subject to availability)
  • Color change (subject to availability)
  • Quantity adjustment
  • Item replacement with another available product

All requested changes are subject to:

  • Inventory availability
  • Payment verification
  • Order processing status

We cannot guarantee that every requested modification can be completed.

Orders That Cannot Be Changed or Canceled

Once an order has:

  • Entered warehouse processing
  • Been packaged
  • Been assigned to a shipping carrier
  • Been shipped

Cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available return options.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • A full refund of the amount paid for the canceled items will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we may:

  • Contact you regarding available options.
  • Offer a replacement product (if available).
  • Cancel the unavailable item.
  • Cancel the entire order if necessary.

If payment has already been received for unavailable items, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information before completing checkout.

If you discover an error, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet entered processing, we will make reasonable efforts to update the information.

Once an order has shipped, shipping information generally cannot be changed.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place multiple identical orders, please contact us immediately.

If the duplicate order has not entered processing, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the additional order(s).

Fraud Prevention

For security purposes, we may delay, modify, or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect:

  • Unauthorized payment activity
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Identity verification concerns
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

We may contact you to verify your order before processing.

Examples

Example 1 – Successful Cancellation

A customer orders a men’s jacket at 10:00 AM and requests cancellation at 10:20 AM before warehouse processing begins.

Result: The cancellation is approved, and the customer receives a full refund processed within 7 business days.

Example 2 – Address Change

A customer notices an incorrect apartment number shortly after placing an order. The order has not entered processing.

Result: Customer Support updates the shipping address before shipment.

Example 3 – Order Already Shipped

A customer requests cancellation after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Result: The order can no longer be canceled. The customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should:

  • Review their order carefully before submitting payment.
  • Verify product selection, size, quantity, and shipping address.
  • Contact Customer Support immediately if changes are required.

Prompt communication provides the best opportunity for successful modifications or cancellations.
